They attack the pier which has landed 25 trucks for the same reason they attack all the Israeli crossings, which account for 300-400 (highest 468) trucks on days they're able to stay open. They want the aid for themselves and don't like infidels intruding on their land. Didn't anyone in the administration think of that?
