If they don’t the GOP could be labled in Ohio in November with the same complaint (valid in the GOP case) that Dims are using “lawfare” to try to keep Trump off the ballot.

What lawfare? The Dems knew the Ohio cut off date when they decided what date to hold their nomination.

I am not saying the current situation reprsents lawfare.

I am saying I do not think the general public or most voters will make the legal distinction. They will lump it all together as “just politics”.
