Deport!
At a minimum, cut them off from any aid and watch them self-deport
That...and enforce labor laws.
If you can get fined out of business for hiring illegal labor...that might discourage you.
Also, we need to fix the anchor baby policy (its not law, it was a SCOTUS footnote from like 1982), and prevent illegals from using our schools.
