I always thought that there’s a difference between transgender and transvestite.
The former goes all the way through surgical and hormonal means and the latter only wants to wear the clothes of the opposite sex.
Apparently in today’s language, there’s no distinction any longer.

In today’s language, we’re not sure what language we’re supposed to speak. I don’t even think that PERSON nominated is a WOMAN....
