The public was hardly affected by Watergate.
Call it what you will, but this is Watergate x 10 to the 8th (closer to ‘Final Solution’).
I’m a proponent of firing squads for public officials’ crimes against the Constitution and the public in this regard.
And since they breached USC under a faux emergency which included the military services - i.e., weakening our military posture, i.e., ‘domestic enemies’ - military tribunals just ‘might’ be warranted even for said public officials.
We differ, but only qualitatively, because the goal of a public execution is public education. There is simply something much more tangible and enduring in the ceremony of a proper hanging: perp sitting on the back of a fidgiting horse, the chorus of hymns in the background, fixing the rope around the neck, the slap on the rump to release the horse, and watching a criminal's eyes bugging out while he swings, straining for air until he dies. For what he did, Fauci deserves all of that. It was way beyond "premeditated mass-murder."
See tag line: Oak tree, rope, thirteen knots in twisted hemp, and horse without a saddle.
Such a hanging is something much more "primal education." N'est ce pas?
Fauci should be the first to go, but only the first.
