I need to stay off of these Russia/Ukraine threads. I tend to do my own sort of escalation. I apologize for being a bit harsh. That seems to be how these threads go with a lot of people and not just me doing it.

I know I lack the influence to affect U.S. policy and am guessing you probably do, too. Just have to wait and see how the war plays out. Maybe there won’t be as much death and destruction as I’m expecting before this thing is over.

If everyone thought the same as you, we might as well not even exist.

We can vote to effect change, but, voting is not the only way to improve the world, and those who speak the l0udest tend to be heard the most. It's the 'squeaky wheel gets the grease' argument. Speak now or forever hold your peace/piece (whichever applies in your case).
