Israel needs to make a decision. Are the conquered territories of the West Bank and Gaza a part of Israel or not. If they are then go ahead and annex them, granting citizenship to their Arab residents. If not then cede them to those living there and recognize them as a state alongside Israel.

I know that it is a hard decision and frankly and do not know which would be better, but in the end these are the only two choices. Both sides have to accept that neither the Jews nor the Arabs are going anywhere. Dragging this out only adds to the frustration of the Arabs and leads to greater radicalization.
