Germany has three classes of crimes (posted earlier): misdemeanors, offenses and felonies. This is an offense. A CRIME punishable with a minimum prison sentence!

Are you referring to the Townhall click-bait? FYI, in German law , is classified as an “Offense”. One of their CRIME classifications.
