I wouldn’t put it past the filthy left to claim that Trump can’t serve if he wins because it would be technically a 3’rd term, and ad it he really did win in 2020 just so they could try to keep him out of office
He won the election, but since the EC elected Biden, and Biden served, it’s moot.
