Given the extensive evidence of fraud and cheating leading directly to a wrong result, I don't think it's reckless and foolish to have the Supreme Court look at it. This is nothing like the "hanging chads" fine lines of Bush v. Gore nor do I think doing so threatens state sovereignty. The extensive evidence of cheating is not state-specific, but global and requires something like the Supreme Court to examine it.
