If the initial vote on any of the 34 counts is not 12-0 to convict, Merchan will send the jury back to “try to agree on a verdict.” At that point, I would guess that the TDS jurors will start working on the “heretics” to get a unanimous guilty vote. Then what will happen? They would have 34 chances to get a unanimous vote.

That’s the scenario the Democrats are hoping for. Given their track record on lawfare, I wouldn’t bet a plug nickel on it.
