Where are the charges for this? Did they ask Cohen to repay it?
I really don’t know detail because I am only reading sidebars on Fox News. He did however admit on oath today that he did steal the money.

Checked out the thread on 60 K.and an interesting tidbit showed up. Defense wanted to submit email from Cohen former attorney ( Costello????) and judge did not permit evidence to be shown to jury.
He was never even prosecuted for the theft.
