Horrific week for the prosecution. Hung jury now looks like the likeliest outcome.
Cohen admits to about 10 calls to Costello. Its starting to look like Defense is hinting Costello might become a witness.
He was never even prosecuted for the theft.
Sure hoping so.
LOL, Cohen said 10 call to Costello. Defense just told court there were 75. OMG....
Ask yourself if people like Brennan, Comey, Clapper, Strozk, McCabe, Haines etc wouldn’t try?
Who would leave such a thing up to chance if they could do something about it?
I agree, this judge is as crooked as a dog’s hind leg.
Misdemeanor would be another huge embarrassment for the prosecution — and deny Dems the “convicted felon” trope.
Very likely, yes
Proving Trump's innocence is confusing to the jury according to Judge Merchan
Cohen is the implosion that keeps imploding lol
Defense got Cohen in perjury again. Claimed 10 calls to Costello, There were 75.
Nailed again.
The dude just can’t stop lying.
Cohen claims conversations with Costello were privileged although there was no retainer.
LOL ... even CNN reports it ...

CNN: “They appear to have caught Cohen in another lie.”
Cohen claims conversations with Costello were privileged although there was no retainer.
I guess it depends on what your definition of privileged is, eh, Mikey?
Misdemeanor would be allowable "lesser of two evils" route so the jury could have an easy out. Bur Andrew McCarthy just pointed out that the SOL has passed for that one.
Rock and a hard place for the prosecution, lol.
Looking that way. Although … defense may want ‘Cohen the convicted perjurer, busted again’ to be the last impression for the jurors.
