“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

Psalm 139:13-14 (King James Version)
For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.

Like campaign managers always say in the GOP in Oregon, no matter if you win or lose as long as the check cashes. For forty years the GOP has run away from the environment and the Endangered Species Act even though they hold the absolute mountaintop of this issue. There is not a more environmentally perfect industry in the world than the lumber industry, yet has been lied about for fifty years into making it a villain. What other industry grows trees which produce oxygen, clean water and the most perfect habitat for animals which is an oil field which refills itself every twenty to forty years?

Everything about the Sierra Club and its Enviro-terrorist groups is a lie starting with the Endangered Species and finishing with Global Warming. They are both fake science which has been promoted by the Three Pillars Echo Chamber (Academia, Media, and the DNC) to shape the discussion until it becomes common knowledge. This is how Communists change opinion using religious terms like saving the earth forcing people to act against their own self interests and ignore the true science.

The Sierra Clubbers claim the very plants which turn CO2 into pure oxygen are bad to prevent the lumber industry from replanting the forests and thinning them. Trees produce the most oxygen in the first twenty to forty years as they are the healthiest. A healthy tree produces more oxygen while it is young and growing rather than when it reaches old growth. This makes harvesting the trees and replanting the most perfect age for forests if you were serious about CO2 conversion which they are not.

Oregon has around fifty thousand square miles of forests which could produce more oxygen than any state in America if given the opportunity. These forests would be far healthier than they are today, which have not been regrown and managed properly for over fifty years and are giant tinder boxes waiting to burn.

Sierra Club has no plans to minimize or stop the burning of these forests which produce more pollution and CO2 in one large fire than is produced by all the cars in America for a year. There have not been any wildfires in the last three years due to the unusually cold summers in the state recently. There have been longer springs and earlier rains than normal which proves there is no Global Warming occurring now.

If there were Global Warming which they predicted no snow in the Cascades after 2020, these fires would be destroying large swaths of timber eliminating those trees oxygen production.

Forests also store water during the summer inside the trees and release their water into the aquafers in the fall. They are the perfect filters for clean water and shade for cooling the ground for the forest animals, giving them shade and shelter. The Sierra Club has no plan for how these animals are supposed to survive if the forests are unhealthy and die or burn. They would much rather they burn than have a logger cut and thin these forests to make them healthy and strong using the best forest science to maximize their health. No, the Sierra Club only wants to fund raise for their fancy mansions and cars while virtue grandstanding how they are saving the trees when they do just the opposite.

The GOP needs to shout from the mountaintop they are for producing oxygen, clean water, and healthy forests if given half a chance. The best part is producing clean oxygen and water also produces clean jobs and houses for people to live in at lower prices and more availability. The GOP is the friend of the forests while the Sierra Club is trying to destroy them using corrupt politicians and dirty money to kill the Oregon forests. All it takes is a candidate to have the courage to take on this issue and tell the people the real truth.

Pray for the Forests

Simply a brilliant piece, great work.

In my last year of college as a marketing and business mgmt. major we all took companies and did research on what these companies were doing.

One student unearthed a union problem in a Pepsi cola plant in Miami. I had chosen Weyerhauser as my company.

At the time Weyerhauser was nearing record sales near a billion as I recall.

One of the reasons is they were not like modern companies that never look beyond the upcoming quarter but Weyerhauser was in it for the long haul.

They knew it took a long time to grow trees and trees were what they needed to grow the company.

At the time Weyerhauser was planting ten trees for every one they harvested. The future looked bright for them and anyone who did the requiste research could see they were an up and coming company.

It's sad to see they they and many other capitalists who not only wanted to make a buck but help the country in the process have been systematically sabotaged for years.

Were it not for a few brilliant writers like Gary Bray we would never know.

Now we do.

Done properly with good forest mgmt. Enough wood for the nation and then some could easily be provided by the nations companies. Sad to see the supposed enviros turn into savages hell bent on letting the forests burn for no good reason.

As Europe Deindustrializes: Is it Undergoing Economic Suicide

The heavy costs of suppressing the use of fossil fuels while promoting intermittent, weather-dependent renewable energy technologies over the past decade has been disguised and diffused by hidden costs and fiscal transfers to powerful constituencies. But over time, ‘net zero’ climate policies have become increasingly unbearable for ordinary people as they reach beyond the power sector to cover agriculture, transport, homes, and buildings”.

Germany’s industrial production peaked in November of 2017, and by the end of last year had fallen to a level last seen in 2006 outside of the global financial recession and Covid-19 years. Its industrial sector contracted by almost 14% in the 6 years ending December 2023. …

Energy-intensive trade-oriented industries, involving both among small and medium-sized firms as well as behemoths like BASF, have been worst hit, as high energy prices make vast swathes of Germany’s manufacturing sector uncompetitive. The self-inflicted economic meltdown in the pursuit of ‘net zero’ policy goals goes beyond Germany. Industrial capacity is being decimated across Europe”.
