I am surprised that MGM has not torn down Circus Circus. That place was a dump twenty years ago.Or the Flamingo. Maybe they are waiting for Donny and Marie to reach 80.

I have only been to Vegas once. I think it was around 2010 or 2011. We stayed at the Vadara. It is a MGM owned property right behind the Cosmopolitan. Next to the city center and the Aria. It was brand new when we stayed there. The rooms are all one bedroom apartment/suites with kitchens. We got a room on the 57th floor overlooking the Bellagio pools.
At the time Southwest was flying directly from Manchester, NH to Vegas. However, the only way to get that flight was to book a package through Southwest Vacations. Which is what we did.
It was a nice long weekend trip. Unfortunately, SW no longer offers that flight out of Manch. In fact it is very hard to get flights anywhere other than a few hubs out of Manchester anymore. So, now i have to go to Boston to go places.

Or the Flamingo. Maybe they are waiting for Donny and Marie to reach 80. We went to one of their shows, maybe 20 years ago or more. Extremely entertaining. One of Marie's themes in the show was how she was getting old and slowing down.

Or the Flamingo. Maybe they are waiting for Donny and Marie to reach 80. They closed their show in 2019.
But to your point, the main showroom at the Flamingo is the iconic one with the round booths. Tearing it down is destroy the last vestige of the Bugsy Siegel era of Las Vegas.
