Remember Rush Limbaugh’s book “The Way Things Ought To Be”? he said abortion would be America’s next civil war. Think how long ago that was and how correct he was about a lot of things.

I have been posting these articles a long time now and YES I see a civil war coming over this.

I was 18 when that book came out, and had just started classes at the nearby community college. Every night especially when I got home late from working at Subway I would watch Rush's TV show. That led me to finding him on the radio and then reading The Way Things Ought To Be.

I am very especially thankful to have discovered Rush Limbaugh at that precise moment in my life, because he shaped much of my early political character.

Not long after his second book came out I was working at another restaurant. I called Rush's number one day and got through to him. I told him everyone in our restaurant loved him. For the next two weeks people kept coming in wanting to "meet the guy who talked to Rush." It was great!! :-D
