Another case of climate lawfare bites the dust. Children have NO STANDING to sue the EPA and government officials for ‘not doing enough’ to end climate change. I could say we told you so...okay, why not...WE TOLD YOU SO.
This is one of the biggest reasons to oppose the climate extremists...they do not believe in the legal or political process. They seek to have black robed dictators enforce their views, rather than go the correct route through the legislative process. These people are dangerous.
Its called the political question doctrine. You’re supposed to throw cases like this out of court right away.
If it were up to me, you’d also sanction the lawyer who files the case for filing a frivolous pleading.
