Mmmmmmm......Special Counsel Robert K. Hur must be “surprised” that Biden-—who Hur said a jury would perceive as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” and thus be unlikely to convict -——is a confident eager debater, even meticulously setting the debate terms, appealing to voters who are anxious to reelect “an elderly man w/ a poor memory.”


Hur was appointed January 2023 by AG Garland to conduct the investigation of Biden into possible unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents at the U of Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement and in the garage of the Wilmington, Del private residence of Joe Biden, as well as several other places........all easily accessible to influence-peddler Hunter Biden

IIRC Hur was making a reference to Biden’s mental capacity at trial based on not prosecuting him until the hypothetical end of his first or second term, either option guaranteeing years of delay. Pathetic reasoning but he was subtly trying to avoid a current diagnosis of Biden and assuming further mental deterioration.
