Too many chains. I've noticed the quality is not really there like it used to be before covid.
Personally, I prefer independent Mexican restaurants.
The quality is there. And the prices tend to be reasonable.

I find that no longer to be true. A decent Mexican dinner for two around here used to come in under $30. Last couple of times it was a bit more than $60. But, of course, I don’t blame Brandon, it’s the greedy Mexican restaurateurs. /s
