That’s why I think the two attorneys in jury are going to be hesitant to convict. There is honor among thieves, perhaps among lawyers too.
Gut tells me the same. I’m now 50-50, either hung jury or conviction. I don’t think outright acquittal is in the cards, not with a Manhattan jury.
