And if the alleged recording of the alleged Trump conspiracy actually exists, how do we know it isn’t a deepfake? I wouldn’t put it past either Cohen or the prosecution to use fakes to try to (further) poison the Jury.
The defense would have been presented with a copy of that recording. If they want to allege that it was tampered with they can do so.
