exton mall is listed as a dead mall ... down from 150 stores to 40, with all but a couple are things like CBD-R-US, T-mobile, Verizon, and the typical popup and soon to close stores no one would care to go to that occupy a dying mall before it closes for good ...
I remember when Exton Mall was new back in the early 80s.
