"American control" means control by the same Silicon Valley tech oligarchs who deplatformed conservatives.

I've never used TikTok, but I'm sure China allows Americans -- even conservatives -- to post things that Facebook/Google would ban.

The more sources of info -- and the more diverse the owners -- the better.
