Well, I can share my personal experience here.....in 2013 I got selected to sit on a jury for a simple burglary of an occupied dwelling.....we voted unanimous guilty as it was a slam dunk case.
The judge sentenced him to 15 years in state prison.....and in Florida you do a mandatory 85% of your time.
