I know in keeping seafood when the fish houses get fish and crawfish in they freeze them for 24 hours at 40 below zero in blast freezer.
After that they will stay at zero degrees for quite some time,months.
Thanks. I had about twenty pounds of shrimp, crawdads and fish in there, too. All gone.
