The "greatest world leaders in the last fifty years" is the triumvirate of Ronald Reagan, Margaret Thatcher, and Pope John Paul II.

Benjamin Netanyahu was a supporting actor at the time. The fact that he's now come into his own prime at a time when there are no supporting actors to back him up is the cruelty of time (something Republicans never understood re: the expiration of political capital).

What you’re saying is that at the moment of a particular snapshot in time, the leaders above were crucial.

Well, I say move the camera forward to NOW and yes, Bibi Netanyahu (AND Donald Trump) are of equal import.

Add Milei, Meloni and Viktor Orban to my snapshot.
