I don’t see where the first amendment says you can assault or vandalize someone in the 1st amendment. He can call himself a Jew hater all he wants, but the same laws apply to him, that would apply to anyone else.
The article doesn't mention vandalism, and he threw a pair of work gloves at the Jewish person. Unless those work gloves were filled with concrete, it's a big nothing burger.

What do you mean "same laws?" Urban blacks routinely punch random Whites and Asian people, and they're back on the street within hours.
Anywho, I'll check back in a couple of weeks when this turns out to be a hoax like many of the other recent "antisemitic" incidents that have occurred.
