I agree with you. Jackson was almost certainly more of a hard-ass than Lincoln. Whether or not that is a good thing is debatable.
Compared to Jackson, Lincoln in some ways was blest to be both right and president.
Jackson was the founder of the modern Democratic party, and a better man than Biden, and likely JFK.
Roughly comparable to LBJ.

It would have been much better for the post war South if a faggot actor hadn’t been helped to kill Lincoln. Lincoln was a peacemaker and a threat to the booty the Radical Republicans expected to steal from the South— he would have denied them many of the Reconstruction rip offs they later performed.
