Agreed, this is NOT a "States Rights" issue at all.
Similar to “Slavery should be the right of the slavemaster” because it is a “very personal and nuanced decision,” right?
States rights cannot abridge the natural rights of persons— of which LIFE itself is chief. This is why they must deceive others into believing the unborn human child is anything but what it clearly is.
