He has told these lies all his life. At some point, as his brain began to fail and he was addled with dementia, he probably started believing them. I doubt he really knows the difference between fantasy and reality at this point.
He has no business being in any position of power or authority. He should be receiving care at home or in a professional care environment. They have such care available in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and federal prisons. Anywhere but the White House is fine with me.
This is why I do not believe that Biden will be the Democrat nominee for president when it comes time for the election. He has to be the easiest possible Democrat to defeat.
He doesn’t know the difference between fantasy and reality.
