"Do we still house troops in our homes?"

Many Democrat cities have already asked people to take the invading, young, male army of "newcomers" from south of the border into their homes. They have not YET ordered people to do that.

Many people have drawn parallels between that Democrat "request" and the quartering of British soldiers in American homes.

"The Quartering Acts were two or more Acts of British Parliament (1765 and 1774) requiring local governments of Britain's North American colonies to provide the British soldiers with housing and food. Each of the Quartering Acts was an amendment to the Mutiny Act and required annual renewal by Parliament. They were originally intended as a response to issues that arose during the French and Indian War and soon became a source of tensions between the inhabitants of the Thirteen Colonies and the government in London. These tensions would later lead toward the American Revolution."

These were the "Intolerable Acts" that helped light the fuse.

Ask the FBI - they have a knack for entering homes, uninvited, with fiat warrants, whenever they please. While they're not being housed, they are certainly entering whenever they please.
