Trump is speaking at the LP’s National convention where they usually pick a candidate for president.
I dont think a former president or GOP nominee has ever addressed their conference in 50 years so it’s a 1st and interesting .
They will be looking at him to address some of their concerns...
OK. Now I get it. He IS scheduled to speak at the LP convention. Thanks. I wasn’t aware of that.
It is interesting that Kennedy turned down the chance to run on the LP ticket. It seems likely he was interested in smaller parties that wouldn’t be familiar to the public in a way that would prejudice them one way or the other.
