And then when Soviets and Cubans were building an air base in Grenada, Reagan’s televised speech was discussing that would be intolerable to have TU 22 backfire bombers based there. And we invaded. It’s not a being a psychopath to respond to a direct nuclear threat right on your border. Especially when the people doing it are conducting strikes inside your country already.
