The term “lawfare” sounds too neutral, too gentle for the actual crime it represents. It is deliberately a phonetic twin to the term “law fair”, it’s ethical opposite.
I’ve never even seen this term in use before the last six months.

I have been thinking that too. It just doesn’t have the same impact as “Criminal Conspiracy” which is the true situation.

Turns out it is a military war tactic. Not surprising considering this is all a military state operation on American soil put into place by the MIC.
