The poster is not psychotic. And "the Jews" are doing it. It is dangerous to grant Jews a presumptive immunity to criticism. Or to grant such immunity to any class of people.
It is not only "the Jews" however. There is a broad stain of poisonous thought in Western culture that leads to self-destructive actions and behavior. It expresses as leftist, socialist and communist ideology. Jews have absorbed a disproportionate amount of that poison, and they are not immune to its' effects.
Jews are usually in the upper percentiles of intelligence and ability in every country where they live. They prosper accordingly. Jew hatred is based mostly on envy of their success.
