My suspicion as well. If the order of each document no longer matches the original scanned list, then what has been added and what has been removed? What was added or inserted into the original boxes sent south by NARA? Who did that original inventory, and how accurate wad that inventory?
This really at best should be a dismissal and at worst should bring Count Dooku up on charges.
