If these people are adults-over 18-they are entirely legally responsible for themselves and their actions-not anyone else-and they should pay for any damages, be arrested, whatever. We need to treat people who are 18 and over like the adults the law says they are-not like kids-which they are not...
Most of the peeps are 30+. By that age, parents should not be responsible for their children unless they dependents.
