Does Biden even have the authority to do this?
Doesn’t Congress have to do it?
I’m sure republicans have court documents ready to go to try and block it (sarcasm)
I would think that this requires Congress, which as turned down DACA at least twice. But again, our Republican members will talk but do nothing because they support Biden on matters like this.
