No Kristi Noem did that to herself. I’ll give her credit for telling exactly what happened but unfortunately she also explained that she knows nothing about hunting, hunting dogs or livestock in general. She also revealed she has a temper, lack of patience and not much empathy. So at least now we all know.

Calling chickens "livestock" instead of just using the word "chickens" implies a much bigger and aggressive dog. That FR response shows that. The excerpt is lying by omission. Noem isn't blameless here or very smart in how she's handling it. It's the Dems who are the real experts at word manipulation, others should not be competing with that skill.
