People have high expectations of a perfect life and are unwilling to take risks of failure or disappointment.

We married folks with kids have good lives. Not perfect lives.
Also, like Scripture says: unless the Lord builds the house, the laborers labor in vain. Hard to find love and sustain it in family life if you aren’t humble enough to ask for His help.
