Maybe it’s just me but in this story when someone starts using a sledgehammer against someone the malice comes built in with it. You ain’t giving love taps that’s for sure.

Voluntary manslaughter. Sounds like outright murder to me. Which means he won’t get the zap nap, and instead will be out in a couple years.
