Trump can definitely do better, and he has, at times to me, seemed to equate attractiveness or net worth, as showing competence.
Sadly he has opted the wrong direction more than the right direction, wish it were not so but so many he has picked as staff or appointments have gone the wrong way. I think he believes to much of what he reads..instead of sitting whomever is the topic down and having a heart to heart discussion.
