First of all, in the field, woman can’t compete in war with men. Very few woman can pack 85-120 lbs on their back and march 30 miles.

To be fair, most men can't do that either. 35lbs at six miles is gonna knock out 50%+ unless you're training up to it.

Yes, but the number of men who can is multiple folds greater than women. There are probably ten times the number of men, compared to women, who can do that.

Even if every women could do it, they should still not be allowed in combat, except remotely, or they can be the support for the troops.
