A state where I lived, passed a law to establish a state board of education. I objected, saying: “You encourage a board that is far away from the local schools; and you encourage what will be: a federal board of education.”
The state’s governor said, “That won’t happen.”
But it did happen.
Like the new federal zoning board for the entire continental U.S.A. . . . will happen, and local residents will lose control over their property rights.
