The only way to reverse the decline in this country is to have a generation of good conservative leaders, which I am not hopeful will happen

‘Conservative’ leaders? Nearly everyone on FR was fellating Johnson on being a “’good’ conservative”. How’s THAT been going since he was VOTED in by the (R)N(C)
Wake me when The Stupid Party starts voting in CONSTITUTIONALISTS instead of their misnomer ‘conservative’ (all they seem to be ‘conserving’ is the illegal status quo)
I would be happy just to have people who love America more than they love politics, UN, WEF, MIC or some other organization that is anti-American, unfortunately I don’t think that’s possible.
I was agnostic on Mike Johnson I didn’t expect much and got even less
In order for there to be a conservative tendency, movement, or (eventually) party, the FOUNDATION is, "what are we promising to conserve?"
This does not exist, and never has existed, for the so-called American "conservative movement".
And let's be honest. There is no agreement on this site about a starting point for what is to be conserved.

You see the problem. The "conservative" house is built on sand, and the waves are washing it away.
