JNS) – The White House was shocked at the scale of the Iranian missile and drone attack against Israel on the night of April 13, according to a Sunday report in The Wall Street Journal detailing how the Biden administration handled the unprecedented event.
According to the article, President Joe Biden cut short his vacation at Rehoboth Beach, Del., and rushed back to Washington the evening before the attack where he was briefed on Tehran’s plans.
Even with advanced warning of the attack, administration officials told the Journal that the senior officials gathered in the White House Situation Room were horrified at the hundreds of projectiles launched from Iranian soil and by Tehran’s terrorist proxies hurtling towards the Jewish state.

The Russians also got a good look at the USA, UK and French air defence in operation.
It was costly intercepting all those missiles. The estimated cost to Israel was $1.3 billion and that doesn’t count what it cost the US and UK who took down 50% of them. Iran said it cost them only $35 billion. (2% of what it cost Israel) If they do this a few more times the West is gonna run out of anti-missile missiles. Iron Dome can’t take down the ballistic missiles Iran has only the much more expensive Patriot missiles can take them down.

Getting rid of the Mullahs is the way to go. The Iranian people themselves are more interested in aligning with the West.
The Iranians now have a nuclear option! They have proven to the U.S. and Israel that Dimona cannot be protected from their ballistic missiles. The Iranians can put enough of their hypersonics on Israel’s nuclear site to take it out and probably contaminant most of Israel in the process.
The Israelis mainly prioritize protecting civilian vs. military targets, so it's not surprising the air base got hit with something given the volume of fire.
The Arrow exoatmospheric ballistic missile defense is now proven tech, and the first destruction of ballistic missile warheads above the Karman line have taken place.
There always seems to be a lot of hype about Russian, Chinese, or non-Western weaponry. But Western weapons like the Patriot, IRIS-T, or even the old Gepards seem to outperform their specs. The Kinzhals and Iskanders were supposed to be impossible to intercept but are shot down regularly.
