Where’s my tampons in the mens bathrooms??? When i get the manstrual cramps and bleed, them thar thin toilet paper don’t soak up much. Then I have soiled pants and all of the women in the office point at me and laugh. I’ve been discriminated and treated unfairly. A couple of million dollars would make me feel better though.
Employers will just stop hiring women, I know I would!
Now days there are plenty of what I call “pussymen” who are looking for secretarial/receptionist/etcetera jobs because their afraid of hard labor and have no technical/mechanical skills.

How do you think it squares? Are you under the illusion (delusion) that Biden, being controlled and directed by the Obama Marxist left, cares a whit about the US Constitution, USSC rulings re: stats rights and/or any rule of law?

It must be challenged, of course, but I’d just assign a dollar number to each employee, and let them go buy their own.
