Let me amend my post:

The alleged immolator claims that Biden and Trump are conspiring with each other. I don't believe that is true.

I think it is well established that Democrats and Republicans are conspiring with each other to leech the US citizens.

This man was deeply into conspiracy narratives, whatever his ideology. His Linkedin profile and the pamphlet, Occupy Returns, would indicate that he was filled with these beliefs. Any belief system in the minds of unstable people can result in such actions.
