Three separate bills, each dedicated only to:
1) Israel
2) Ukraine
3) U.S. border
Thus, we would see who - exactly - voted for what - exactly.
But instead, the politicians blend and muddy.

Well we have so little money to go around so I take #2. #1 and #3 will just have to be sacrificed to budget austerity. /spit
