When this topic was on a thread yesterday they had a picture of some of the unhappy “immigrants”.

A far cry from the legal Ellis Island immigrants thrilled to somehow be allowed to be here and get a 6 days a week no benefits job but to work to build a good life and become an American citizen.

The British singer Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills and Nash wrote in his autobiography of the day when, after weeks of studying and delays for paperwork and rules to be followed he was finally standing with his hand up to take his oath in the court building with a group of others to become a US citizen. He held back tears.

Crosby and Stills left the building with him and pooled their cash together to buy him a hot dog from the cart outside.
“You’re an American now. This is what we Americans do.”

1300 showed up "as far as the eye could see" wearing African garb. 250 were let in to "air their grievances."

I'm sure racism was brought up - if not by them, then the lefty media.
